Our technologically-advanced plant is located in the LKIM Integrated Fishing Port in Tanjung Manis, near Sibu, Sarawak. Our production capacity is 10mt a day of surimi. Presently, we produced 4 types of surimi, using only freshly-caught fish - Itoyori, Kintoki-dai, Himeji, and Eso. Our surimi plant uses only cold, clean water for processing. The processing also includes various metallic filters, as well as an x-ray machine to ensure the best and safest quality surimi. To maintain its freshness, the surimi is quick-frozen in our contact freezers, and kept fresh in our cold-room.
We have HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, ISO9001-2008 certified by SGS. We are also HALAL-certified.
